City Hall released new figures that showed 36 more fatalities since a tally from earlier in the day.

In that same period, the number of people in the city that have been confirmed to be infected with the virus jumped from 9,654 to 10,764.

At least 1,800 people in the city are hospitalized, as of Sunday night, with 450 of them in ICU, City Hall said.

Brooklyn has seen the most cases with 3,154. Queens has 3,050, Manhattan has 2,324, the Bronx has 1,564 and in Staten Island there have been 666 cases.

The updated city cases came as Mayor de Blasio on Sunday night said he spoke with President Trump about requested federal aid, in the form of medical supplies and military assistance, to help the city’s coronavirus response.

De Blasio, speaking on “CNN Tonight” with Don Lemon, said he “was pleased with the call.”

The mayor didn’t reveal if and when the city will receive the federal help, but acknowledged progress was made with Sunday night’s dialogue.

“At least tonight, for the first time in weeks, I heard a response that showed focus and acceptance of the sheer scope of the problem,” de Blasio said of his call with Trump and Vice President Mike Pence.
