Big Slough Preserve, Walton Ranch, and the T. Mabry Carlton Jr. Memorial Reserve have also reopened after roughly a month of having their wooded areas locked down while law enforcement officials searched for the 23-year-old man who was believed to have last been seen alive on Sept. 14.
