According to the Arkansas State Police, two Two Lonoke, Ark. police officers approached a SUV parked at the restaurant Saturday night after learning the car was connected to a child abduction case in North Carolina. As the driver, later identified as William Robert Ice, 38, of Jackson Center, Penn., got out of the car, he started shooting at the officers.
