Protesters gathered on Dec. 10, 2021, at Jonquil Park and marched to a home where they believe Dr. Allison Arwady, commissioner of the Chicago Department of Public Health, lives. Her agency will make a health impact assessment on the construction of a scrap yard by Resource Management Group.
