Jacob Blake’s father says his son is being handcuffed to his hospital bed while he recovers from wounds sustained after being shot by a Kenosha police officer. Meanwhile Kyle Rittenhouse, who allegedly shot two people to death at a subsequent protest, faces additional charges. Mola Lenghi reports.
