Former Minneapolis police officer Tou Thao, one of three ex-cops on trial for civil rights violations in the death of George Floyd, testified Wednesday that he did not relay crowd concerns to his fellow officers because he did not know the man’s life was in danger and assumed his colleagues were handling any medical needs.
