Another suspected Capitol rioter surrendered to the FBI in New York, authorities said Friday.
Jeffrey Sabol turned himself in to the bureau’s resident agency in Westchester County on Friday morning, a spokesperson for the US Attorney’s Office said.
He’s expected to make an initial court appearance in federal court in White Plains Friday afternoon, authorities said.
In a statement after his arrest, the New York FBI said they would continue to support the Washington field office in “bringing all those from our area who participated to justice.”
“Our enforcement activity will continue in the days and weeks to come,” they added.
A number of alleged rioters have been arrested in New York since the Jan. 6 siege on the Capitol that left five people dead.
Those busted in the Empire State include an MTA worker from the Hudson Valley who called in sick to attend the riot, as well as a city sanitation worker who was arrested Thursday after being exposed by the Post.
