The lawsuit states that on May 30, the Freedom School in the 700 block of South State Street was offering bathrooms, phone chargers, water and pizza to activists. That evening, however, the city suspended some public transportation and then, shortly after 8 p.m., Lightfoot announced a curfew to take effect an hour later.
