Restrictions: Gatherings of more than 10 people are currently banned. Bars, non-tribal casinos, theaters, gyms, nail salons, barbershops and tattoo parlors are to remain closed, but could open under a second phase starting May 18, when gatherings of up to 30 people would be allowed. Community centers, entertainment venues, festivals, parades, sports, graduations and summer camps remained banned, but could be allowed by the plan’s third phase on June 1, when gatherings would be limited to 90 people or fewer. Schools remain closed. Visits to senior centers and nursing homes are restricted.
