Schools ask parents to help pay for class supplies

Back to school means it’s time to shop for new school supplies. Many schools want students to bring more to the classroom than just a backpack and notebooks. Copier paper and cleaning supplies also make the list. Jericka Duncan reports on why parents have to help front the costs.
