Hospitalizations for people with the virus are up to 219, 19 more than the daily threshold of 200. New cases taken over a seven-day average hit 3,419 on Friday, more than six times the city’s 550 threshold. And the COVID positivity rate hit 9.41%, almost double the 5% considered acceptable by city health officials.
