Burlington, Camden, Gloucester, Mercer, Hunterdon, Salem, Somerset and Warren counties are all under quarantine, New Jersey Department of Agriculture Secretary Douglas Fisher announced last week in an attempt “to curb the on-going spread” of the “exotic invasive insect.”
