Denver’s mass COVID-19 vaccination site at Ball Arena opened Thursday morning, but if you don’t already have an appointment, you’ll have to wait for a while.

The drive-thru site will operate from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays. Starting Friday, anyone 16 or older will be eligible to get the shot in Colorado.

To sign up for an appointment at Ball Arena, visit primarybio.com/r/truecare24-cdphe. No appointments were available as of Thursday morning, but Colorado Emergency Management said next week’s slots will be posted soon, once the site’s vaccine supply is confirmed.

Other mass vaccination sites are locatedat Dick’s Sporting Goods Park in Commerce City, Broadmoor World Arena in Colorado Springs, The Ranch in Loveland, Grand Junction Convention Center and the Colorado State Fairgrounds in Pueblo.

The Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment keeps a list of locations distributing the vaccines at covid19.colorado.gov/for-coloradans/vaccine/where-can-i-get-vaccinated. Other tools are vaccinefinder.org and vaccinespotter.org.
