Life in Wuhan, China has finally returned to normal — months after the city of 11 million became the epicenter of the global coronavirus outbreak.
Video taken Sunday night shows a bustling Jiaghan Road — a popular shopping district among locals — and dozens of residents wearing masks and enjoying the night out.
Shops and street vendors, which were previously banned in the area but deemed essential to boosting the economy, were open for business.
