According to a report, “one of the suspects exhibited aggressive behavior by verbally taunting and spitting on officers and Los Angeles Fire Department personnel” while handcuffed to a gurney and being loaded into an ambulance. The suspect allegedly spit on one of the LAPD officers who in return appears to punch and choke the man, who is also strapped to the gurney.
