‘Full House’ cast gives opening credits a coronavirus-twist 1

Whatever happened to predictability?

Sweetly — if predictably — the cast of “Full House” has joined the bandwagon of celebrities reuniting and producing social distancing-themed content to bolster fans’ spirits from quarantine.

Candace Cameron Bure (DJ Tanner) posted a remake of the beloved sitcom’s intro to her Instagram Wednesday, with actors reprising their parts from home, where they’re sheltering in place.

“Full Quarantine,” the opening credit reads, before showing John Stamos in his bathroom, Bob Saget using hand sanitizer, Dave Coulier fishing for and then biting into a slice of pizza, Bure plunging a toilet, Jodie Sweetin waking up in bed, Andrea Barber finding she is out of eggs and creator Jeff Franklin throwing a tennis ball at his mask-wearing dogs.

The final few seconds of the remake are the original opening, sandwiched between captions saying, “Stay safe and stay home,” on top, and “Unlike ‘Full House,’ this will all go away,” on bottom.

Bure, 44, notes that her daughters helped her put together the video.

“Editing cred to my girls,” she writes.

Within four hours of the clip posting, it had wracked up more than 479,000 views on Bure’s page, and hundreds of thousands more via her co-stars’ reposts.

“#FullQuarantine (or ‘what happens when the FH cast gets bored and spends the day shooting videos, texting non stop about how it should look and driving our awesome in-house ‘editor’ @natashabure crazy!!! Haha’),” Sweetin, 38, captions the video on her Instagram.

Scandalized “Full House” co-star Lori Loughlin, who was not in the video, has nevertheless made headlines during the pandemic through her daughter: Olivia Jade Giannulli posted three snaps of herself in quarantine while clutching a green smoothie and wearing a white terrycloth robe.

Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen were also not part of the video.

Other recent quarantine-inspired reunions have included the original “Hamilton” cast and the cast of “Victorious,” including Ariana Grande, Victoria Justice and Liz Gillies.
