I am 67 n tho I have never smoked I seem to get Bronchitis or a cold every change of season. I am unable to take echinacea since it interferes in medication I am taking. I was looking for an alternative and came across these by Schwartz. These capsules have no flavor and are easy to swallow. Normally, zinc makes me nauseaus, but I have no issues with these! Although it is not cold or flu season, my allergies have been awful, and I have been miserable.
