WASHINGTON, D.C. – The 2020 Republican National Convention began on Monday, August 24 and ended on Thursday, August 27. After the convention’s closing ceremonies were held, politicians from both the Republican and Democratic parties, as well as their guests were attacked by protestors as they attempted to make their way to their respective hotels.

More than nineteen videos have been streaming on various social media outlets showing the different convention attendees and their guests attempting to leave and head to their hotels, only to be attacked by protestors.

Senator Rand Paul and his wife Kelley were violently accosted as they left the White House after the conclusion of the Republican National Convention. They recalled the attack in a Fox News interview on August 28th:
Kelley stated:
“It was terrifying. I have never experienced anything like that in my life. We felt completely powerless.”
She continued:
“At first I was trying to look in their eyes and trying to have any kind of reason … to see someone as a human being and I realized they did not see us as human beings. We were Trump supporters, so they absolutely despised us.”
She added:
“In that moment, it was a bloodthirsty mob, and all I could think of was the man who was kicked in the head in Portland … or the man whose jaw was broken [in Kenosha] or an eight-year-old Secoriea Turner. I really thought we were going to lose our lives, I thought someone was going to throw a brick. It was the most terrifying moment of my entire life.”
One video depicts this exact scene as the mob encounters New Hampshire Republican National Committee Representative Chris Ager and his guest as they are leaving and attempting to make their way to their hotel.
One protestor, stands out in several of the videos. She has her face covered in a black ski mask, and is wearing a black tank top, olive drab cargo-style pants and combat boots, and is seen shoving a smart phone into Ager’s face to record her assault.
While calling him by name, she begins to ask him several questions in a row. One such questions being “how do you feel about the killing of black men in the United States?”
When Mr. Ager ignored the questions directed toward him, the female protestor began to use foul language, yelling into Mr. Ager’s face, “answer the f****ing question”. As Mr. Ager chastised and told her to “watch your language”, she began to scream over and over, “f***, f***, f****”.
[embedded content]The closer they got to the hotel, the more louder, and more brazen the masked protestor was. At one time, Mr. Ager was unable to open several of the hotel’s doors.
When he brushed by the protestors in an attempt to open a door , she could be heard threatening him, “put your hands on me again and I will f*** you up”, not caring that she was blocking his way into the building.
[embedded content]Another visibly disturbing video is the one showing Georgia State lawmaker Vernon Jones, a Democratic member of the Georgia House of Representatives.
Representative Jones and his guest had to be escorted to their hotel, barricade style, by bike police, much like Senator Rand Paul and his wife did, moving small distances at a time in order to make it through the mob.
While the pair were being escorted throughout the streets they had racial insults hurled at them, including the n-word.

On his twitter page he posted a video documenting the harassment and how they were followed for over a mile by the mob, as they shouted and yelled at him, calling his wife a “b**ch-a**”.

He tweeted a response to the BLM protesters:
“Watch my show, I will make you famous”.

As Congressman Brian Mast, a Republican from Florida leaves, he too is approached by an individual asking him questions about his evening. One question being:
“You’re not afraid for your safety?”
Representative Mast’s response was:
“Should I be?”
What begins as a simple and civil back and forth, question and answer session, quickly turns vicious when a female demands that he answer her question about police killing black people in this country.
The group quickly grows, surrounding him and not accepting his answer to her question.

These scenes are repeated over and over again, in video after video as guests attempt to leave what was a successful 2020 Republican National Convention. Even those who didn’t attend the convention were targets of the vigilante mob.
A clip uploaded to YouTube shows a violent group of BLM protestors attacking an elderly man and knocking him to the ground as he attempted to watch the fireworks.
[embedded content]While watching these videos, you can see the fear in their eyes as they are trying to walk down the street to their hotel. They rapidly become surrounded by groups of increasingly violent people, screaming and yelling obscenities.
In one of the videos, you can hear these so called protestors, activists, or whatever they are calling themselves today, shout the N-word so easily to respective members of the House of Representatives, and hurl “Uncle Tom” to a black officer simply for being a cop.
These various protestors have become the exact things they claim to hate – violent, close-minded, and utterly lacking in empathy.
