There are rumors coming out of Washington DC this morning that President Trump will sign a, ‘Declaration of Emergency‘ today. Supposedly Larry Kudlow was on a conference call this morning discussing the matter.
By using the 1988 Stafford Act, an infectious disease emergency declaration by Trump will allow FEMA to provide disaster relief funding to state and local governments, as well as provide other other federal assistance.
We suspected this may be on the horizon ever since leaked documents were obtained by NBC News earlier this month.
