Liz Uihlein, who along with her husband are founders of the packaging behemoth Uline, headquartered in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin, didn’t return an emailed message. But a spokesman issued a statement: “The email being reported in the media is authentic and was distributed to Uline employees on Nov. 11 on behalf of Liz Uihlein.” While there were some reports that suggested Liz Uihlein had been a guest of the president’s at the White House on election night, where a number of attendees have now tested positive for the virus, her spokesman denies that, stating “Neither Liz nor Dick attended an event on Nov. 3 at the White House. Liz was exposed to COVID-19 by a personal friend and upon learning of that exposure was tested.”
