Uncounted ballots in Chicago: No surprise that the biggest number of yet-to-be-counted mail-in ballots, 62,452, are in the state’s largest city, according to state and Chicago election officials. That number is down from 141,000-plus a few days ago, Chicago election board spokesman Jim Allen tells The Spin. Whether they’ll all be processed today and tomorrow remains to be seen, he said.
