A former Fashion Institute of Technology student who allegedly livestreamed the Capitol siege and took a selfie outside House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s office was ordered released Tuesday on a $250,000 bail package.

Nicolas Moncada appeared in Brooklyn federal court for the brief hearing a day after his arrest on one count each of knowingly entering a restricted building, and violent entry and disorderly conduct on Capitol grounds.

“This is obviously troubling conduct alleged here, entering the Capitol as part of a mob, then boasting about storming the Capitol, but we believe the bail package that I understand is being offered is sufficient under the circumstances in this case,” said Assistant US Attorney David Kessler.

Moncada’s family members co-signed the $250,000 bond — secured by his mom’s Staten Island home on Taunton Street.

“Your grandmother, mother and aunt are taking risks by signing this bond for you to secure your release … do you understand?” US Magistrate Judge Ramn Reyes Jr. asked Moncada.

“I understand,” he replied.

The judge also barred the former FIT student, who studied illustration at the school, from using social media and participating in any political rallies or entering any state capital.

Federal authorities identified Moncada after his ex-FIT classmates and faculty recognized him in footage and photos of the riot posted to social media, according to court papers.

He also livestreamed the breach on Instagram, the feds say. In one selfie posted to his Instagram account, “idwalkaway,” Moncada is seen standing outside Pelosi’s office.

The US Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia is prosecuting Moncada’s case.
