“Real Housewives of Dallas” star D’Andra Simmons has been hospitalized with COVID-19.

Simmons’ rep confirmed the diagnosis to Page Six and said the Bravo reality star, 51, was admitted to the COVID ward at UT Southwestern Hospital.

“Her oxygen levels were borderline and she will start Remdesivir,” her rep added. “At this time we ask you to respect her and family’s privacy and to send your prayers for a speedy recovery.”

Bravo declined to comment.

“Reality Life With Kate Casey” podcast host first revealed the news on Twitter Monday.

“Just heard from D’Andra and she is asking for your prayers,” Casey tweeted. “She’s in the hospital and struggling. #RHOD@BravoTV

In response to a fan asking what happened, Casey answered, “Covid, in ICU.”

Simmons hasn’t addressed her health on social media.
