“The vehicle struck several demonstrators and left at a high rate of speed, driving the wrong way on streets,” Portland Police said in a statement. They went on to explain that they were able to track the vehicle as Eaglehorse-Lassandro continued to drive through the streets and eventually caught him when he stopped and tried to flee on foot.
