Adam Green, of upstate Dansville, and Dallas Williams Smothers of Rochester, were both arrested after clashing with cops Saturday as thousands of demonstrators took to the streets to express outraged over the death of Prude, a 41-year-old Black man who died in March after being restrained by officers who placed a “spit hood” over his head and held him to the ground.
