Anthony Moore, 22, was charged with multiple felonies, including murder, but pleaded guilty on Wednesday to an amended count of conspiracy to commit murder, according to court records and a spokeswoman for the Cook County state’s attorney’s office. Prosecutors dropped all other charges as part of the agreement.
