Gov. Jared Polis has extended his executive order limiting last call for alcohol during the coronavirus pandemic but with one big change. The time for last call will be dependent on each county’s COVID-19 designation according to Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment’s dial.
In Level 1, the best performing category under the “Safer at Home” group, last call will be extended to midnight. In Level 2, it will be 11 p.m. and in Level 3, 10 p.m. Denver is currently a Level 2 county. County levels can be seen on the CDPHE website.
Counties that reach the “Protect Our Neighbors” stage will be allowed to opt out of last call limits and establish their own local last call. Moffat, Rio Blanco, Mesa and Gunnison counties are the only ones in Colorado to have reached this stage.
