According to the BBC, a neighbor heard “a loud bang” from the man’s house around 1:00 a.m in Kabete, about 11 miles northwest of Nairobi. The officer then “started shooting at innocent members of the public frenziedly” and killed another five people in what officials described as a “shooting spree.”
