WARE, England — Jets wide receiver Corey Davis was asked if there were anything he wanted to experience during the Jets’ trip to London.

Davis asked the reporter if he had any suggestions. When the reporter suggested fish and chips, Davis lit up.

“We were just talking about that. I might have to check that out,” Davis said.

A local meal might be one of the few things the Jets experience. Because of COVID-19 concerns and the short amount of time they are here, the Jets won’t be hitting the tourist spots. They have a walk-through at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium planned for Saturday, but this is a business trip for the team, not a vacation.

The Jets have been planning on how best to get the team acclimated to the time difference and ready to play the Falcons on Sunday.

“The big thing is discipline, you know?” head coach Robert Saleh said. “I thought the support staff, and everybody involved to make this thing happen, has been absolutely fantastic and I feel like we’ve knocked it out the park with regards to preparation and doing everything we can for the guys to be their best on Sunday. Now, it’s just a matter of just stick to the plan, trust the performance staff and if we do that, we’ll be bouncing off the walls on Sunday.”

Davis played here in 2018 with the Titans. He said he feels better prepared this time.

“I do. There’s a lot of science behind what they do and the guys bought into it. It worked,” Davis said.

The Jets practiced Friday at their hotel. The hotel built a football field next to their golf course two years ago for NFL teams to practice there. The Dolphins will be at the same hotel next week when they face the Jaguars.

“It’s cool,” quarterback Zach Wilson said of the trip. “It’s obviously different, the time change and all that but guys are feeling ready. The coaches have a good plan for us. I thought it was a really cool atmosphere down there by the field. It’s a pretty cool setup here with the hotel and having everything included. I’m having a blast.”

LB C.J. Mosley admitted his legs felt “a little heavy” Friday after he played 100 snaps last week against the Titans. Mosley said he did not think he had ever played that many snaps before. … Saleh said CB Brandin Echols (concussion) and WR Elijah Moore (concussion) are on track to play Sunday. … Saleh said the team will bring rookie TE Kenny Yeboah up from the practice squad with Tyler Croft (back) out.
