New York – MARCH 23, 2020 – New York National Guard members are seen at the Javits Center where the Governor announced the transformation of the Javits Center into a field hospital to treat Covid19 infections. The state of New York leads the nation with 1,708 confirmed COVID-19 cases as of Wednesday morning, a 76.6 percent increase in 24 hours.
