Is ‘The Masked Singer’ on TV Tonight Amid 2020 Election
Coverage? 1

Election Day has turned into Election Week, and possibly even longer. And while plenty of us are glued to the news, we need a break eventually, which is where our regularly scheduled programming comes in handy. Tonight’s the night we’d typically get a brand-new episode of The Masked Singerbut is election coverage taking over the singing competition on Fox?

On Episode 5 last week, we said goodbye to Lips, who was revealed to be Wendy Williams, after only one episode. She performed Odyssey’s “Native New Yorker,” but it wasn’t enough to keep her in the competition. That evening, we met some other mystery singers, including Jellyfish, Squiggly Monster, Mushroom, and Broccoli. And now, they’re coming back for another round of performances in Episode 6.

Looking to watch The Masked Singer but unsure about how the election impacts tonight’s episode? Here’s everything you need to know about watching The Masked Singer this week:

IS THE MASKED SINGER ON TONIGHT?

Yes! Despite the ongoing election coverage, The Masked Singer returns tonight. It’ll kick off during its regular time slot, premiering at 8/7c this evening. Tonight, we can expect to see Episode 6 of Season 4, “The Group C Play Offs – Funny You Should Mask.” Episode 6 sees the return of the Group C contestants, who are back for their second performance of this season. “Play alongside host Nick Cannon and panelists Ken Jeong, Jenny McCarthy, Nicole Scherzinger and Robin Thicke, while this masked bunch of celebrity singers wearing all-new custom-made costumes perform, and America tries to guess who they are,” Fox teases.

WHAT IS THE MASKED SINGER SCHEDULE?

The latest season of The Masked Singer kicked off in September, and since then, we’ve been getting weekly new episodes — with the exception of Oct. 21. Going forward, here’s when you can expect new episodes this month:

Nov. 4: “The Group C Play Offs – Funny You Should Mask”
Nov. 11: “The Group A Finals – The Masked Frontier”
Nov. 18: “The Group B Finals – The Mask Chance Saloon”
