I absolutely love this! My daughter has panic attacks and this is so quick and easy to use. It comes in a small case with a lanyard so I can wear it around my neck or keep it in my purse. If she starts to feel a panic attack just by using this and showing her that her oxygen is good and she is okay will calm her down 99% of the time now! I recommend this to anyone who may need to frequently check their heart rate or oxygen.

The last one I got for my grandpa was only able to measure his oxygen level. So the measurement was pretty quick. This one we got him can measure both his oxygen and also his heart rate, so it takes a bit longer since it has to do the heart rate, but comparing the oxygen level with both machines, they were the same. Now we can keep track of his oxygen level and heart rate with just one small machine. This devices come with 2 small batteries so we didn’t have to search around the house for one.

This is a must have for any household. With respiratory illness season in full swing, I decided it was time for our family to have this important tool. Flu, RSV, colds, and the new scary coronavirus, have made this medical tool an important one. Due to this Covid-19 lockdown, I have restarted my home exercises and have been using this monitor to check on my heart rate before and after exercising at home. I tested it to get a baseline before working out and then test it again after working out and it captures my heart rate accurately. The reason I think that it captures it correctly is I tried using side by side with the Heart rate from my apple iwatch. The apple iwatch updates every minute and I saw that it is on the same heart rate using this device. I uploaded a video of the unboxing and a quick demonstration how it compares to the heart rate my iwatch captures. This also captures the oxygen saturation which is a plus to monitor your breathing. It is small and portable and comes with a bag and necklace so you can always keep it with you for faster reading.
