“We will get to every nursing home,” Pritzker said Wednesday. “We are doing it, in fact, as quickly as we can with the supplies that we have. … I’d like to do it all at once, if we had the national leadership on this subject, if we had the supplies available, we could do this much more quickly, but we’re getting to it as fast as we can.”
The state tried to test for COVID-19 in every nursing home. It’s now ordering homes to do it themselves.
