“When I was teaching in my kitchen last spring, someone commented on the Lysol wipes I had on my counter, and I was like, ’Oh, wow, I better pick another spot,’ so I flipped the laptop around so it would face out to my backyard,” MacArthur Middle School math teacher Marilyn Nelson said. “Teaching from home became very limiting, especially as I didn’t have access to my materials, which in my case is 23 years of binders and other stuff.”
