Showdown over proposed taser ban in Texas schools

Many schools around the country now arm their guards with tasers, which are being used to break up and deescalate school fights. One Texas legal group is trying to ban the use of tasers in schools, but the state’s largest police union is fighting those efforts. Anna Werner reports.
