Several European countries including Spain and Germany are seeing daily coronavirus cases rise, and restrictions are being reintroduced as a result. CBS News senior foreign correspondent Elizabeth Palmer is in London where the U.K. has imposed a two-week quarantine on any travelers returning from Spain.
