Report: Cuomo’s office pushing against mailing new ballots
after voters received mismarked envelopes 1

ALBANY, NY – After yet another issue with what democrats try to tell us is a flawless system, ballots in New York were sent to voters with the wrong name listed on the return envelopes.

If those ballots were sent in, they would be invalidated, yet, the New York Governor repotedly does not believe that sending out corrected ballots is the right move.

Initially, the Board of Elections for the State of New York had already informed the vendor that sent out the absentee ballots incorrectly to re-mail them.  However, things changed with the Democratic New York Governor Andrew Cuomo got involved.

Doug Kellner, the co-chairman of the State Board of Elections would not speak directly to Cuomo’s plan, but rather, said:

“The governor wants to take a different approach.  You’ve got to talk to the governor’s office.”

According to the Post, a person who allegedly a top state official said that Cuomo’s office is pressuring the Board of Elections to stop their current plan.  The person said:

“Late in the day, the governor’s top staff – including his top counsel – got on the phone with the Board and was pushing them not to re-mail ballots….The result would be massive disenfranchisement of tens of thousands of Brooklynites…It would be a horrible mistake.  It’ll be a fiasco even worse than it is.”

Instead, of remailing the ballots and envelopes, which would ensure that the 100,000 errant ones are correct, he suggests only new envelopes be mailed.  Cuomo adviser Richard Azzopardi told the New York Post:

“We don’t control the board of elections but our recommendation was that sending corrected envelopes will ensure that any person that got an erroneous envelope can still vote.  There is nothing wrong with the actual ballots and sending 100,000 duplicate ballots seems to be an overcorrection.”

Despite the implication that the Board of Elections does not answer to Cuomo or his office, the efforts at stopping the corrected ballots and envelopes seem to be working.  And now, New York State Senator Zellnor Myrie, has also voiced his displeasure.  He said:

“We are hearing reports that @NYGovCuomo wants to prevent the @BOENYC from rectifying the issue by stopping them from sending corrected ballots.  This is straight-up disenfranchisement and an affront to our democracy.  The vendor screwed up and is trying to fix it.  Let them!”

The Post reports that a person who may be privy to the decision making of Cuomo was concerned that resending out the ballots would somehow make it appear as if New Yorkers were voting twice, or at least had the opportunity to do so.

This was an item of concern which was discussed internally at the Board of Elections.  Regardless, Fred Umane, the Secretary for the Board of Elections, has said that they may be moving ahead with sending out new ballots.

Sources told the Post that the likelihood of someone being able to vote twice because of this was slim.

This is because absentee ballots come with return envelopes that include the voters ID that much match what is in poll books.  So, if someone votes twice, they believe they will be caught because the voter ID will be present twice in the poll books.

President Trump lays out examples of mail-in voting fraud to reporters: ‘Gravely concerned about election integrity’

WASHINGTON D.C.– Since Democrats began pushing for mail-in voting, in the wake of the Coronavirus, President Trump has been very outspoken on its validity, and reliability.

Now, in a press conference on Sunday, September 27th, The President laid out evidence of mail-in voter fraud for reporters at the White House.

President Trump said:

“We are gravely concerned about the Democrat assault on election integrity,”

According to Breitbart, The President cited the following stories, questioning the integrity and stability of the mail-in voting process:

  1. In Brooklyn, 25 percent of mail-in ballots were ruled invalid during the June Democrat primary.
  2. In a New Jersey special election, nearly 20 percent of the ballots were thrown out, and four people are being prosecuted for fraud.
  3. In a Florida primary, more than 35,000 mail-in ballots were rejected, and over 100,000 ballots were rejected in California.
  4. In Pennsylvania’s primary, half of the counties were still counting ballots a week after the election.
  5. The story of discarded military ballots discovered in Pennsylvania, many of them were cast for Trump.
  6. Reports in Wisconsin of three trays of mail containing absentee ballots were found in a ditch.
  7. In North Carolina, voters reported receiving two ballots in the mail.

In addition, Trump then rehashed the inexcusable incident that took place with the results of the 2020 Democrat Iowa caucuses.

On the incident, Trump said:

“They still don’t really know who the winner is,”

He continued:

“I think they called somebody eventually but it was many, many, weeks later.”

The president went on to question whether Democrats should be interfering with how elections were being held in other states.

He said:

“They can’t run a simple caucus, yet now they’re trying to dramatically write election laws nationwide just weeks before an election,”

President Trump still maintains that Americans should be allowed to vote in person on November 3rd, to eliminate as much “fraud” as possible.

Trump said:

“There is no justification for these extreme changes to the election law,”

This upcoming election is going to be an intense one, with everyone sitting on the edge of their seats to see who will be elected, and the fall out that will ensue after on either side. Every single vote is imperative, and must be accounted for. With all of the evidence President Trump had provided of mail-fraud, it does not seem like the most reliable voting option.
