A public memorial for Boulder police Officer Eric Talley, killed in last week’s mass shooting at King Soopers in south Boulder, was scheduled to begin at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Flatirons Community Church in Lafayette.
The event was preceded by a police procession from Thornton north on Interstate 25.
