David Hall Dixon, who was charged Friday with two counts of second degree murder for the deaths of 32-year-old Dominique Williams and 38-year-old James Lionel Johnson, has now also been charged with first- and second-degree assault and using a firearm while committing a felony or violent crime, the Takoma Park Police Department in Maryland said Saturday.
