Mikala Johnston during a Phoenix Commissioners meeting this week told officials she was walking with protesters when she noticed a car coming at her “at a less than comfortable speed,” Oregon Live reported. She alleged Mayor Chris Luz, who was running the meeting, was behind the wheel.
