In video captured in Las Cruces, New Mexico police were able to stop suspect Omar Felix Cueva from fleeing. Cueva fatally shot Officer Jarrott after being stopped on the highway. When he tried to flee, highway police were able to stop Cueva’s truck and shots were exchanged. Cueva was killed and another officer was shot in the arm, but has been treated and left the hospital.
