NYC nurses fear many coronavirus patients can’t afford to self-quarantine

“We are not quarantining people who test positive or people who have symptoms,” said Health Department spokesman Michael Lanza. “We are at the point of community spread, meaning that we cannot track the source of exposure for individual patients. Advice for people diagnosed with COVID-19 and those undiagnosed, but with symptoms, is to remain home.”
