No charges filed against officer in death of Tony Robinson, Jr.

Dane County District Attorney Ismael Ozanne announced that no charges would be filed against Officer Matt Kenny in the death of Tony Robinson, Jr., a 19-year-old who was unarmed but allegedly acting aggressively at the time of his death.
