“For the defense, they’ll likely try to exploit the mistake and use it to undermine the prosecution’s case, arguing the jury isn’t getting accurate information. But I don’t think this is a case that will come down to seconds,” Laurie L. Levenson, a former federal prosecutor and professor at Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, told the Daily News.
