CEO Ed Bastian announced Wednesday that all unvaccinated employees on the company health plan will see a $200 increase in their monthly premiums, beginning on Nov. 1. The increase, Bastian said, is to cover the average hospital stay for COVID, which has cost Delta $40,000.
