Events of any kind are prohibited, and residents should not have any guests in their homes unless they are essential workers. Gatherings in hotel rooms, event spaces, banquet halls or shared housing rentals are banned. Under statewide mitigation measures, indoor dining and drinking is prohibited at bars and restaurants, and such establishments must close by 11 p.m. for outdoor service and alcohol pickup and delivery.
