Coronavirus: iHeart ‘Living Room Concert’ raises $10 million; Encore airs tonight 1

The Fox network announced that its “iHeart Living Room Concert for America” special has raised more than $10 million so far and will air again tonight in an encore presentation.

The program is scheduled for 9 p.m. on Fox.

The hourlong, star-studded benefit special, which originally aired on March 29, is delivering funds to Feeding America and the First Responders Children’s Foundation.

Hosted by Elton John, the event features in-home performances by Alicia Keys, Backstreet Boys, Billie Eilish and Finneas O’Connell, Mariah Carey, Tim McGraw, Camila Cabello, Shawn Mendes, Dave Grohl, H.E.R., Sam Smith. and Billie Joe Armstrong of Green Day. The latter performed “Boulevard of Broken Dreams” from his home in West Contra Costa County.

The program also featured inspirational messages from first responders and healthcare professionals, as well as special appearances by Ken Jeong, Ciara and Russell Wilson, Ryan Seacrest, Melissa McCarthy and Ben Falcone, Lady Gaga, Lizzo and Ellen DeGeneres, as they paid tribute to the heroes who continue to risk their lives to help fight the spread of COVID-19.

Donations will continue to be accepted at: Feeding America and First Responders Children’s Foundation.
