Coronavirus Global Death Toll Reaches 3,000 as Markets Cautiously Start to Recover 1

The global death toll passes the 3,000 mark today after South Korea confirms 599 new cases of Coronavirus. The infection rate is rising much higher than the daily numbers reported by China. South Korea has 4,335 confirmed infections and 22 deaths. South Korea has the second largest amount of infections behind China, they’ve amazingly been able to test more than 100,000 people, which is much higher than other nations.

We are seeing the first signs of Global Markets starting to recover, after steep declines last week. The slow and mild rebound is likely a result of proposed government stimulus packages to help combat the Coronavirus Global Pandemic.
