“I know the governor can’t make everybody happy, but a 50-person overall limit, for a restaurant of our size, doesn’t make sense to me,” he said. “If we can do 25% (occupancy), that makes sense. Obviously, we have to adopt every strategy possible to make our clients feel safe. We’re talking about a one-person limit per bathroom and an attendant followup, which is very labor-intense, but we feel that’s the experience we’re going for. And at the end of the day, it’s all about safety.”
