Taylor, 26, was shot and killed early in the morning of March 13 by three plainclothes police officers, Jonathan Mattingly, Brett Hankison and Myles Cosgrove, who broke into her Louisville apartment on a “no-knock” warrant. None of the officers have been charged with any crime. Hankison was fired in late June. Mattingly and Cosgrove remain on administrative reassignment.
